Overall Race Area  The Lisboa Triathlon has one of the fastest (we claim to be the fastest) racecourses among the half-iron man distance triathlons, being almost 100% flat

 

Swim Course  Two 950m laps, in an unique boat free dock/marina. Family and friends can walk around the whole course and follow you for great photo opportunities

 

Bicycle Course  Four, completely closed to traffic, 22.5Km Laps, epic Tagus River Views and fast highway pavement.

 

Running Course  4 Laps in the heart of the race Venue, with the crowd pushing for you all the way. You'll be remembering it for years to come
